Fall is coming
The light is different outside, it’s not all sunny and bright like it was in early July. Fall is coming and I have to be in a good workout routine so that I can get through this winter.
Change or Die
If I can’t get it in order soon I’m going to be stuck this way. I don’t want to wake up and be 55 and unhealthy and ticking like a time bomb. I can’t end up like my mom.
